Position of Full Time Company Secretary
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience

- Salary: As per market standards
- Educational Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary (Additional Law Degree would be given preference)
Job Description:
- Handling the corporate secretarial and related matters and managing all day to day secretarial functions and record-keeping for the company
- Handling all company secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Handling legal/documentation during fundraising/borrowing and related documentation including term sheets, shareholders agreements, etc
- Assistance in loan document drafting, pre and post disbursement compliances of the loan portfolio.
Position of Full-Time Chartered Accountants

- Age: Below 30

- Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Job Description:
- Credit proposal evaluation & appraisal
- Personal discussion with customers and recommending it independently to underwriters
- Loan documentation
- Post disbursement compliances and monitoring.
